2. Data Storage - Important

SIGNED is designed with privacy in mind. The following data is stored ONLY on your device and is NEVER sent to our servers:

  • Your contacts (names, phone numbers, club affiliations)
  • Your players and their information
  • Your demands/requests
  • Message templates
  • Pitch history and records

This data remains entirely under your control on your local device.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Name (if provided)
  • Authentication credentials

This information is necessary to provide you with access to the app and manage your subscription.

3.2 Subscription Information

We use RevenueCat to process subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect:

  • Purchase history
  • Subscription status
  • Transaction identifiers

We do not have access to your payment card details.

3.3 Session Information

To ensure account security and prevent unauthorized access, we store:

  • A unique session token
  • Device type (e.g., "iPhone" or "Android")
  • Last active timestamp

This allows us to enforce our single-device policy and protect your account.

3.4 Temporary Shared Data

When you choose to share contacts or requests with another user:

  • The shared data is temporarily uploaded to our servers
  • It is automatically deleted after 7 days
  • Only the recipient with the share code can access it

Sharing is entirely optional and initiated by you.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

We do NOT collect or have access to:

  • Your device contacts (we import them locally but never upload them)
  • Your player database
  • Your demands or requests
  • Your message templates
  • Your pitch history
  • Your location
  • Usage analytics or tracking data

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Authenticate your account
  • Manage your subscription
  • Enforce single-device access for security
  • Enable optional data sharing between users
  • Provide customer support

6. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with the following services:

  • Data shared: Email, session tokens

  • Session data: Updated on each login, cleared on logout
  • Shared data: Automatically deleted after 7 days
  • Local data: Stored on your device until you delete it

9. Your Rights

  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your local data (via the app's export feature)
  • Withdraw consent for optional features

10. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion through our website or by contacting support. This will:

  • Remove your account from our authentication system
  • Delete your session data
  • Cancel any active subscriptions
  • Note: Local data on your device must be deleted by uninstalling the app

11. Children's Privacy

SIGNED is designed for professional football agents and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the European Union (via Supabase). If you access the app from outside the EU, your account information may be transferred to and processed in the EU.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
