1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SIGNED ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SIGNED is a mobile application designed for licensed football agents to:

• Manage contacts within the football industry
• Track players and their information
• Monitor club requests and demands
• Send and manage pitches to clubs
• Generate mandate documents

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4.3 Single Device Policy

Your subscription is licensed for use on ONE device at a time. Logging in on a new device will automatically end your session on the previous device. Account sharing is prohibited.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

SIGNED offers subscription-based access. Current pricing and features are displayed in the App and may change with notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription through your account settings on our website.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted by contacting our support team. Refunds are granted at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance and changes will apply at the next renewal period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the App in violation of FIFA regulations or applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

SIGNED, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of data you enter into the App (contacts, players, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the App, we may use them without obligation to compensate you.

8. Data and Privacy

8.1 Local Storage

Your contacts, players, demands, and other business data are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.

8.2 Account Data

We store account information necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8.3 Sharing Feature

When you use the sharing feature, data is temporarily stored on our servers and automatically deleted after 7 days.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information and is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

9.1 Transfermarkt Data

The App may display player information from Transfermarkt. This data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

9.2 Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 "As Is" Service

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Player or club data will be accurate or up-to-date
• Using the App will result in successful player transfers

10.3 Professional Advice

The App is a tool for organizing information. It does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any data you share using the App

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Share your account with others
• Fail to pay subscription fees

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be revoked
• Your account data will be deleted from our servers
• Local data on your device will remain until you uninstall the App
• You will not be entitled to refunds for unused subscription time

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor.

15.5 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
